[摘要] 目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症发生的原因、预防措施及处理方法，提高手术安全性。方法 回顾性分析387例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料，其中12例发生并发症。结果 387例中出现各种并发症12例，其中胆漏5例，出血2例，切口感染2例，胆总管残留结石2例，膈肌损伤1例，均治愈出院。结论 (1)掌握正确操作要点是减少并发症的关键；(2)术后必须认真监测生命体征，及时发现各种意外，并给予恰当处理。

    Common complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and the countermeasures

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the causes and managements for complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) and improve the safety of LC.Methods Twelve cases with complications of 387 LC were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among all the cases,twelve cases have complication.The complications included bile leakage (5 cases),bleeding (2 cases),trocar sites infection (2 cases),remnant stones in common bile duct (2 cases),diaphragm hurt (1 cases).All cases have been cured and discharged.Conclusion (1)To grasp the main points of accurate procedure is to reduce the incidence of complication.(2)It is crucial to monitor the vital signs carefully so that various accidents can be discovered timely and managed appropriately. ......
