Abstract OBJECTIVE To construct and manage laboratory scientifically.METHODS To establish the mechanism of laboratorys construction and investment for periodic evaluation and inspection on its basic conditions,management levels,benefits and properties.RESULTS It is necessary for laboratory self-development to perform laboratory evaluation.So,new experiment views must be set up,and the labs status in specialty work should be understood over again in order to fully exert the functions of laboratory in scientific research and other related services.CONCLUSION To provide scientific approaches for labs construction and management by benefit evaluation.
