间接数字X线摄影在尘肺诊断中的应用

[摘要] 目的 评价间接数字X线摄影术(CR)在尘肺诊断中的应用价值。方法 将确诊的103例尘肺患者和25例观察对象，分别用CR普通千伏(60～70 kV)与传统高千伏(120～130 kV)拍摄其胸部X线片，对其胶片质量和尘肺分期进行评定。结果 胸部CR普通千伏和传统高千伏胸片质量优片率分别为78%、46%，优片率经χ2检验，χ2=36.1，P<0.01，差异有非常显著性，对胸部肺内细微结构总体显示率分别为86.72%、58.91%，总体显示率经χ2检验，χ2=125.1，P<0.01，差异有非常显著性；其尘肺检出率分别为84.38%、68.75%，检出率经χ2检验，χ2=8.8，P<0.01，差异有非常显著性。结论 胸部CR普通千伏摄影可以达到传统高千伏摄影的要求。由于片子质量和细微结构显示率的提高，使尘肺小阴影和胸膜斑的检出率大大提高，从而提高了尘肺的诊断正确率，有效保护了劳动者的合法权益。[关键词] 尘肺;诊断;间接数字X线；高千伏；摄影
Application of computed radiography in diagnosis of silicosis

[Abstract] Objective To appraise application value of indirect digital radiography(computed radiography)in silicosis diagnosing.Methods The chest of the confirmed diagnosis of 103 cases of silicosis and 25 objects of observation are radiographed by the CR common thousand voltage and the tradition high thousand voltage,appraise the radiograph quality and divide the period of silicosis.Results The rate of advanced radiography chest CR is 78% and the rate of tradition radiograph of high thousand voltage is 46%.The rate of advanced radiography is through the χ2 examination,χ2=36.1,P<0.01,the difference have statistical significance,the respective total manifestation rate of small construction of lung is 86.72%,58.91%,the total manifestation rate is through the χ2 examinations,χ2=125.1,P<0.01,the difference have statistics significance;the respective check out rate of silicosis is 84.38%,68.75%,the check out rate is through the χ2 examinationses,χ2=8.8,P<0.01,the difference have statistics significance.Conclusion Computed radiography may reach the request of tradition radiograph of high thousand voltage.Because the radiography quality and the manifestation rate of small construction of lung are increased,the check out rate of small shadows of silicosis and chest membrane spot are obvious increased also.The confirmed diagnosis rate is increased that it may validity protected the occupation patient of legal rights. ......
