盆腔脓肿的声像图分析

     [摘要] 目的探讨盆腔脓肿的超声诊断要点。方法回顾分析我院2003～2005年收治的盆腔脓肿患者的临床资料及超声检查。结果 25例患者中超声检查发现囊性团块6例，实性团块4例，混合团块13例，2例仅表现为盆腔积液。结论盆腔脓肿声像图多变，能给临床提供有价值的信息，但须结合临床方能给出较为准确的诊断。

    Sonography patterns of pelvic abscess

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the ultrasound diagnosis of pelvic abscess.Methods Review and analyze the clinical material and ultrasound examination of patients,who were treated and confirmed as pelvic abscess after operation in our hospital from year 2003 to 2005.Results The echo patterns of the 25 cases reviewed include 6 cystic,4 parenchymatous and 13 mixed echo pattern masses.2 cases show only pelvic fluidity.Conclusion The review shows that sonograph of pelvic abscess vary from case to case,combination of clinical material and ultrasound examination is essential to make a proper diagnosis.
