[摘要] 目的 探讨经基层医院经皮肾微通道输尿管镜取石术治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效。方法 采用经皮肾微通道输尿管镜取石术治疗肾结石22例，输尿管上段结石10例。结果 肾结石清除率为91%(20/22)，输尿管上段结石一期结石清除率为100%(10/10)。结论 经皮肾微通道输尿管镜取石术治疗上尿路结石可行有效，而且具有创伤小、出血少、并发症少等优点。[关键词] 经皮肾穿刺造瘘术；输尿管镜；尿路结石
Application of percutaneous mini-nephrestomy ureteroscope lithotripsy in local hospitals

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of percutaneous mini-nephrostomy ureteroscope lithotripsy on treatment of upper urinary stones in grass-roots hospital.Methods Percutaneous mini-nephrostomy ureteroscope lithotripsy was per-formed in 22 patients with kidney stones and 10 patients with upper ureteral stones.Results The stone-free rate was 91%(20/22)in patients with kidney stones and it was 100%(10/10)in patients with upper ureteral stones.Conclusion Treatment of upper urinary stones with percutaneous mini-nephrostomy ureteroscope lithotripsy is effective,less invasive,less bleeding and fewer complications. ......
