     [摘要] 目的探讨早期声门型喉癌声带切除术疗效。方法对1991年1月~2001年1月声门型喉癌T1a期178例病例行声带切除术疗效进行回顾分析。结果所有行声带切除术的患者术后喉腔形态基本恢复正常,随访无转移,其中5年局部控制率100%。结论声带切除术对早期声门型喉癌是一种理想的手术方法。

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the role of cordectomy to treat glottic squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Retrospective review of 178 patients with glottic squamous cell carcinoma(T1N0M0)treated with cordectomy from January 1991 to January 2000.Results The post operative laryngeal cavity morphology of the all patients nearly restored to normal.Both regional and distant metastasis occured in no patients.The 5year local control rate estimated according to KanplanMeier were 100%.Conclusion Cordectomy is an useful method to treat early glottic squamous cell carcinoma.
