摘要：目的 探讨异丙酚与笑气用于人工流产的临床效果。方法 200例人工流产患者随机分为观察组、对照组各100例，观察组术前静脉注射异丙酚并同时吸入50%笑气及50%氧气，对照组术前未给任何药物，手术方法相同。对两组镇痛效果、宫颈松弛程度、阴道出血量、术中不良反应等进行比较。结果 与对照组比较，观察组镇痛率为100%，宫颈松弛程度与术中不良反应有显著差异(P<0.01)，术中出血量比较无统计学意义。结论 异丙酚与笑气用于人工流产术中镇痛效果好，副反应少，缩短手术时间，对子宫收缩无影响，值得临床推广应用。关 键 词：异丙酚；笑气；人工流产术
Clinical study of propofol and N2O used in the artificial abortion

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of analgesia and N2O on artificial abortion. Methods 200 Patients were randomly devided into 2 groups, the study group and the control group. 100 patients in the study group received intravenous transfusion of propofol and breathed in 50% N2O and 50% oxygen while 100 ones in the control group received no medicine. They were given the operation in the same way. Comparing the degree of cervical dilatation, the amount of vaginal bleeding, and the syndrome of artificial abortion and side effect during the operation. Results There was significant difference in the degree of cervical dilatation, side effects during operation between 2 (P<0.01), it was no statistical significance comparing with the amount of vaginal bleeding in 2 groups. Conclusion Propofol and N2O have a good analgesia recommendable to use widely in the painless artificial abortion. ......
