96株酵母样菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验结果分析

     摘要：目的：分析96株酵母样菌进行分离鉴定及药敏试验结果。方法：应用Rosco纸片扩散法测定临床分离的96株不同酵母样菌菌株的种类分布，并对4种常见酵母样菌进行耐药结果分析。结果：96株菌株经鉴定共有6种，其中以白色念珠菌所占比例最大；另有4种是临床标本中常分离到的酵母菌，氟康唑对其效果较好。结论：真菌感染已成为临床常见菌，故对真菌的耐药分析显得十分重要。

    An analyse of the result of isolation and appraisal of drugsensifive test about 96 strains of yeastlike fungus

    Abstract： Objective： To analyse the rusults of isolation and appraisal of durgsensitive test on 96 strains of yeasttilm fungus. Methods: Rosco disk diffusion method was used to deteet clinical isotateal 96 strains of yeastlike fungus, and the results of drugsensitive test of four strains of common yeastlike fungus were analysed. Results: 96 strains altogether have 6 kinds after the appraisal, to the white reads a fungus to account for the proportion in a big way, and some 4 kind of fungi are the saccharomycetes which in the clinical specimen often separated. Fluconazole has good effect on these microbians. Conciusion： Fugus infection becomes common. The dncgsensitive test becomes guite importaut. Rosco disk diffusion methcod is simply and feasible. It could be used to substitute the NCCLSM27A in clinical practice. ......
