【摘要】 目的 了解哈萨克族中学生吸烟状况及其影响因素，为在哈萨克族中学生中开展控烟干预活动提供依据。 方法 采用无记名问卷进行现况调查，描述哈萨克族中学生的吸烟状况，采用非条件Logistic回归分析评价各因素与吸烟之间的关系。 结果 哈萨克族中学生尝试吸烟率为9.45%，吸烟率为3.44%。Logistic回归分析显示影响哈萨克族中学生吸烟的因素有性别、年龄、是否饮酒和父亲是否吸烟。 结论 哈萨克族中学生吸烟状况不容忽视。应针对中学生与吸烟相关的知识、态度和行为的影响因素，在中学生中及早开展控烟干预措施是控制人群吸烟率的重要途径。
