清开灵对大鼠急性肺损伤铜、锌水平变化的影响

     摘 要:目的 了解大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)铜、锌水平的变化及清开灵对其的影响。方法 将实验动物随机分为11组,其中5组为清开灵治疗组,ALI后均立即给予清开灵治疗,依照采集肺组织标本不同时间点分为:6、8、12、16和24 h组(均12 h追加一次清开灵);用生理盐水替换清开灵为5组对照组;阴性对照1组。原子分光光度计检测肺组织铜、锌含量。结果 铜:阴性对照组、治疗组、对照16、24 h组为0,对照6、8、12 h组呈直线下降。锌:各时间点对照组与阴性对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.01);治疗组除8 h外其余时间点与阴性对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.01);治疗组和对照组组内差异明显(P<0.01);各时间点治疗组与对照组相比均有显著差异(P<0.01),治疗组除6 h外均高于对照组。结论 ALI时铜有短暂升高;用清开灵后肺锌明显升高,说明清开灵对ALI时锌含量有一定调节作用。

    The infuluence of Qingkailing effects on Copper and Zinc level to the rat when ALI

    Abstract:Objective To understand the changes of the Copper and Zinc level on the suffered ALI rats, and the infuluence of Qingkailing effected on them. Methods Divided the rats into 11 groups, 5 groups among which were therapied by Qingkailing, while substitute the Qingkailing by NS in the other 5 groups, and took the surplus single group as control. In addition, to distinguish the therapied groups according to the different time point of the sample( the tissue of lung) as: 6h, 8h, 12h, 16h and 24h group (all annex Qingkailing for just one time per 12 hs). The NSsubstituted groups were distinguished in the same way. Then, using the atom spectrophotometer to detect the content of copper and zinc in the samples. Results Copper: The control group was 0; the therapied group was 0. Among the NS substituted groups the 6 h, 8 h and the 12 h group presents the tendency of decended straight line, while the 16 h and 24 h group all were 0. Zinc: Positive and negative group at each time point show the significant change(P<0.01). All the therapied except 8 h group and negative group showed the significant change(P<0.01). All the comparations of the therapied groups and substituted groups at each time point showed the significant change(P<0.01). All the comparation among the therapied except 6 h group, substituted and control(P<0.01). Conclusion The level of copper steps up transiently when ALI, and the level of zinc steps up obviously after using of Qingkailing, all of these explain that Qingkailing can regulate the level of zinc when ALI in some extent. ......
