[摘要] 目的 探讨注射用头孢匹胺钠与甲硝唑注射液临床配伍的稳定性。方法 按临床两药配伍习惯，将头孢匹胺钠与甲硝唑注射液按比例配制的待测溶液，于20 ℃密闭放置0、0.5、1、2、4 h，对其进行溶液外观、pH值和紫外吸收光谱检查，并在波长273nm、320nm、359.5nm处，应用双波长紫外分光光度法同时测定头孢匹胺钠与甲硝唑的含量。结果 在0~4 h内，溶液外观、pH值和紫外吸收光谱基本不变化，头孢匹胺钠与甲硝唑的含量没有明显的变化。结论 注射用头孢匹胺钠与甲硝唑注射液配伍在本次实验考察的范围内是稳定的。
