     【摘要】目的：了解HBsAg阳性孕妇及其新生儿PBMC HBV感染状况。方法：采用原位杂交(ISH)技术检测114例孕妇和新生儿PBMC涂片中HBV DNA。结果：114例HBsAg阳性孕妇及其新生儿PBMC HBV DNA的检出率分别为28.07%(32/114)和32.46%(37/114)；HBsAg阳性孕妇与其新生儿之间的PBMC HBV感染存在一致性(Kappa=0.52, P<0.01)。结论：证实HBsAg阳性孕妇与其新生儿之间的PBMC HBV感染存在一致性。

    【Abstract】Objective：To observe the status of HBV infection in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from the HBsAgpositive mothers and their neonates. Methods：In situ hybridization (ISH) was used to detect HBV DNA in PBMC smear from 114 HBsAgpositive mothers and theirs newborns. Results：The positive rates of the PBMC HBV infection of the mothers and their neonates were 28.07% and 32.46%, respectively. There was an agreement of the HBV infection status between the mothers and their newborns (Kappa=0.52, P<0.01). Conclusion：The result suggests that the HBV infection status from the mothers agrees with that from their newborns. ......
