临床医学生心理健康现状调查分析

【摘要】 目的 掌握临床医学生的心理健康状况，分析存在的主要心理问题。方法 使用临床医学生学习生活状况调查表和症状自评量表(SCL90)对570名临床医学生进行测试。结果 临床医学生的心理健康状况低于全国正常人群水平，但好于全国大学生水平。心理问题检出率1298%，主要心理问题表现为强迫和抑郁。女大学生的总体心理素质高于男生，但是男女生没有显著性差异。结论 根据临床医学生心理健康状况的特点，针对性地开展心理健康教育非常必要。【关键词】 心理健康； 临床； 医学生

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mental health state of clinical students and analyze the main psychological problem. Methods Five hundred and seventy medical students were surveyed by using the questionnaire for the conditions of study and daily life of clinical students and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL90).
