骨基质明胶预防人工关节无菌性松动的实验研究

摘要 目的:研究骨基质明胶(BMG)防治人工关节无菌性松动的可行性。方法:制备兔BMC及陶瓷人工股骨头。大白兔40只,随机分成两组,行右人工股骨头置换,一组植入BMC,另一组不植BMC作为对照,并以不同时期作生物力学测定、组织学检查、立体显微摄影和电子探针检测,以了解人工关节周围的成骨情况。结果:BMG组各时期拔出强度明显高于对照组。BMG组人工关节周围成骨速度及骨量明显高于对照组。结论:BMG能加速骨组织与人工关节的结合,可加速人工关节的生物学固定,防止无菌性松动的发生。关键词 骨基质;明胶;人工关节;实验
