【摘要】 目的 探讨超声引导下，采用14～16G粗针活检术在确定乳腺肿物性质并为临床手术术式的选择具有重要意义。方法 超声引导下应用美国产BARD三代活检装置，采用14～16G粗针对超声可探及106例乳腺肿物进行自动活检，共检组织条224条。结果 取材成功率100%，所取组织条完全达到病理切片要求，穿刺结果与术后大体标本病理诊断符合率99.06%。结论 超声引导下14～16G粗针对有争议的乳腺肿物进行活检在病理诊断上具有较高的应用价值，并在指导外科确定手术术式提供可靠的依据。
