低分子量肝素治疗慢性淤胆型乙型肝炎的临床观察

【摘要】 目的 观察低分子量肝素(LMWH)治疗慢性淤胆型乙型肝炎的疗效。方法 76例慢性淤胆型乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组38例，对照组38例。在常规保肝、降酶、退黄药物治疗的基础上，对照组予复方丹参注射液20~30 ml入5%葡萄糖250 ml内静脉滴注，每日一次；治疗组予低分子量肝素5000 u皮下注射，每日一次。结果 治疗2周后，治疗组血清总胆红素(STB)、直接胆红素(SCB)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)降低，较对照组差异均有极显著性(P<001)。结论 LMWH可作为慢性淤胆型乙型肝炎治疗中的重要手段之一。【关键词】 慢性淤胆型乙型肝炎；低分子量肝素
Clinical observation of low molecular weight heparin for therapy of chronic cholestatic hepatitis B

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the effects of low molecular weight heparin on the therapy of chronic cholestatic hepatitis B.Methods Seventysix patients with chronic cholestatic hepatitis B were divided into two groups randomly. All patients were based on the therapy of protecting liver and depressing enzymes and canceling icterus with common drugs. thirtyeight cases were treated with low molecular weight heparin 5000 u on hyodermic and once daily.Others of control experinent were injected with 20~30 ml of compound Danshen and 250 ml of 5% glucoses once daily.Results All parameters which contain STB,SCB,TBA,ALP and GGT obviously descended in therapy group after two weeks.They were significantly different compared with control group(P<001).Conclusion LMWH is one of the significant method on the therapy of chronic cholestatic hepatitis B by low molecular weight heparin. ......
