【摘要】 为了促进健康促进行动在我国全面展开，本文论述了健康促进的概念及意义，强调健康促进对预防危害人类健康的疾病及建设社会主义新农村、解决看病难、看病贵等当前医疗卫生服务面临的问题，具有重大的意义。
