【摘要】 目的 评价云南白药胶囊在腰椎间盘突出症后路开窗手术期的价值和安全性。方法 采用随机、双盲、安慰剂对照临床研究。符合入选标准的60例患者随机接受云南白药胶囊0.5g或安慰剂治疗，每日4次，共5天，比较两组患者的术中失血量和术后引流量，并对安全性进行评估。结果 云南白药组术中失血量(275.17±140.79)ml，安慰剂组术中失血量(330.76±226.57)ml(P<0.057)，术后引流量两组间差异无显著性。结论 口服云南白药胶囊可以明显减少腰椎间盘突出后路开窗手术中的失血量，安全有效。

    The effect of Yunnan Baiyao capsule on perioperative bleeding of the patients undergoing prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc on the clinic investigation

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value and security of Yunnan Baiyao capsule on perioperative bleeding of the patients undergoing prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods A randomized double-blind placebo-control trial was conducted.60 patients were enrolled and randomized divided Yunnan Baiyao capsule group(500mg four times daily for 5 days) or placebo group. The amount of intraoperative and postoperative bleeding were compared,and the security of Yunnan Baiyao capsule was also analyzed.Results Statistical analysis showed the amount of intraoperative bleeding were 275.17±140.79ml and 330.76±226.57ml(P<0.057) in Yunnan Baiyao capsule and placebo group,respectively,and there were no obviously discrimination in the amount of postoperative bleeding between two groups.Conclusion Yunnan Baiyao capsule is effect and security on reducing the amount of intraoperative bleeding of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. ......
