[摘要] 目的 了解目前城市社区婴儿母乳喂养的现状及不同的喂养方式对婴儿生长发育的影响，以更好地宣传提倡母乳喂养。方法 对上海市黄浦区半凇地区的436例6个月龄的婴儿的喂养状况、生长发育状况、健康状况进行比较，同时对影响乳母泌乳量的可能因素及影响母乳喂养率的因素进行分析。结果 喂过母乳的母亲占95.6%，但4个月母乳喂养率为77.7%，6个月为47.2%，而纯母乳喂养率4个月为32.1%，6个月为22.5%。婴儿的平均断乳时间为(6.37±3.44)个月，3个月后人工喂养患病几率极大地增加，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 母乳含有一个健康婴儿所需的各种营养，是婴儿最理想的食物；母乳喂养能促进母婴感情深化；母乳喂养能降低婴儿的患病几率，因此要积极倡导母乳喂养，从而提高城市社区婴儿母乳喂养率，改善婴儿营养和健康状况，促进儿童的身心健康发展。[关键词] 婴儿；母乳喂养；健康调查
Survey on current situation of infant breast feeding in Huangpu Bansong region,Shanghai

[Abstract] Objective To realize the present situation of infant breast feeding in the community and the influence to infant’s growth because of differentiate between each feeding methods,so we can give better propagandize and advocate breast feeding.Methods Compare to the feeding condition,growth condition and healthy condition of the 436 sixageinfants of HuangpuBansong region in Shanghai,at the same time,to analyse the possible factors what influence the quantity of the wet nurse’s milk and the factors what influence the probability of the breast feeding.Results The probability of the mothers who fed mother milk has 95.6%,but the probability of 4 months of the breast feeding has 77.7%,the 6 months has 47.2%,but the purely breast feeding of 4 months has 32.1%,the 6 months has 22.5%.The infant equally break of the mother’s milk time is(6.37±3.44)months.The rates of the bottle feeding after 3 months to fall ill increase consumedly,the difference is very clearly(P<0.05).Conclusion The female milk implies various nourishment that a health infant need,is the infant’s most ideal food.Breast feeding can promote deeply female baby’s affection.The breast feeding can reduce the probability of the sick infant.Therefore we must initiate the breast feeding actively,raise the probability of infant’s breast feeding of the city community,improve infant’s nourishment and healthy condition,promote the child’s mind and body to develop. ......
