[摘要] 目的 提高老年性鼻出血的治愈率。方法 在对症治疗基础上针对他们出现的最常见的心理应激反应进行心理干预治疗。 结果 经过心理干预治疗的患者，应激失调降低，血压平稳，住院时间缩短，精神状况良好。结论 心理干预治疗可以作为综合性整体医疗的一部分，有助于疾病的康复。[关键词] 老年性鼻出血；心理干预；整体医学
Study on the psychotherapy intervention of geriatric epistaxis

[Abstract] Objective To increase the cure rate of geriatric epistaxis.
Methods To make the psychotherapy intervention to the modal stress response on the base of the expectant treatment.
Results After the psychotherapy intervention the stress maladjustment was reduce,the blood pressure was,the inhospital time was shortened,and the mental status was all right.
Conclusion The psychotherapy intervention can be a part of integration medical treatment.It is helpful to the disease healing.
