[摘要] 目的 探讨白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术中前囊抛光对预防术后前囊膜皱缩综合征的临床意义。方法 采用临床对照试验方法，比较白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术中行前囊膜抛光及未行前囊膜抛光两组病例并发前囊膜皱缩综合征的发生率。结果 前囊膜抛光组246例(246眼)，发生前囊膜皱缩综合征2眼(发生率0.81%)；前囊膜未抛光组192例(192眼)，发生前囊膜皱缩综合征8眼(发生率4.17%)。两组前囊膜皱缩综合征发生率比较差异有显著性(χ2=5.436，P<0.05)。前囊膜抛光组前囊膜皱缩综合征发生率显著低于未行前囊膜抛光组。结论 白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术中行前囊膜抛光是预防前囊膜皱缩综合征的一种行之有效的方法。[关键词] 前囊膜抛光；前囊膜皱缩综合征；连续环形撕囊；人工晶体
