摘要: 目的：建立维吾尔医异常黑胆质证载体动物模型，探讨此造模方法的可行性和可重复性。方法：选用ICR小鼠，通过采用干寒饲养环境、干寒属性的饲料饲养、间断足底电击等多因素的复合作用,建立小鼠异常黑胆质载体动物模型(造模组)。观察实验动物的一般状态及体重、体温、饮食量、饮水量、尿和大便量，并与正常对照组进行比较。判断载体动物模型建立后，中断造模因素(自然恢复阶段)后观察实验动物3 d、7 d、14 d一般状态及体重、体温、饮食量、饮水量、尿和大便量的变化并与造模阶段的造模组进行比较。结果：与正常对照组比较，造模组模拟出具有异常黑胆质证候特征的一般状态，即形体消瘦、烦躁不安、易怒、攻击性强、倦怠嗜睡、易醒、孤僻、大便干燥，毛发乱、无光泽、易掉，皮肤较凉，舌淡暗紫有瘀斑，体重增长速度慢，饮食量、饮水量、尿和大便量增多。自然恢复阶段造模组7 d内上述变化未见明显的恢复。结论：多因素复合作用能成功地建立异常黑胆质载体动物模型，造模组所表现出的一般状态与异常黑胆质临床表现中的症状相似，而且此变化可维持较长时间，具有可行性和可重复性。关键词: 维吾尔医学； 异常黑胆质； 载体动物模型
The establishment and evaluation of abnormal savda syndrome animal model

Abstract: Objective: To establish a rat model of abnormal savda syndrome and study the validity, reliability and utility of abnormal savda syndrome animal model. Methods: Male ICR rats were fed with cold food diet under cool dry environment, stimulate with electric foot shocks to establish abnormal savda syndrome animal model in Uighur medicine. Animal′s behavior change, body weight, analtemperature, daily food intake ,daily water intake ,daily weight of urine and stool were observed and investigated during the whole procedure. Results: Compared to control group, the model group has developed abnormal savda syndrome like dysphoria, restlessness and liable to be angry, aggressive, frequent arousals, furs chaos lackluster and easy to fall, purple tongue, coolskin by touch, slow weight gaining, more diet, more drink , more urine and more stool. Conclusion: The animal model are similar to the feature of human abnormal savda syndrome. Futhermore the behavior changes produced by the influence of cool dry environment ,cold food diet and stimulated by electric foot shocks can maintain a long time. Thus, this animal model of abnormal savda syndrome seems indeed meet the criteria with may be similar to clinical symptoms. It has feasibility and duplicate ability of abnormal savda syndrome. ......
