【摘要】 目的 研究防御方式问卷(DSQ)在2型糖尿病(2DM)患者中应用的信度、效度。方法 采用方差分析、因子分析、多元回归分析的方法，对随机取样的2DM患者和健康人进行研究，同时选用舒良等人修订的状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI-Formy)的状态焦虑(S-AI)量表为效标，分析防御方式问卷的效标关联效度。信度通过克郎巴哈α系数来分析DSQ的内部一致性为0.9040；折半信度经SPSS统计分析，做Spearman Brown校正公式的结果为：0.8023。效度检验从结构效度、效标关联效度和区分效度三个方面进行分析。KMO统计量为0.797，各变量间的相关程度无太大差异，数据较适合做因子分析。为了检验DSQ在2DM患者中应用的结构效度，对DSQ各防御机制进行因子分析。主成分列表显示需要提取出7个主成分，方可解释总变异的59.9%。由于样本数量较少，为变量数的7.41倍，未达到理想的10倍以上。因此在提取公因子分析时，我们选用了“α因子法”；在进行因子分析时用“方差最大化正交旋转”的方程以简化对因子的解释。结果 DSQ在2型糖尿病患者的应用中有较好的信度、效度。结论 DSQ在2DM中的应用，可以反应患者的心理防御功能水平，但在某些防御方式条目上，应进行修订，如“期望”、“抱怨”。【关键词】 防御方式 防御机制 2型糖尿病 信度 效度

【Abstract】 Objective To apply Defensive Styles Questionnaire (DSQ) on Type 2 diabetes mellitus (2DM) patients so as to testify its reliability and validity.Methods In order to achieve the aim of this research,the researchers randomly chose 182 2DM patients from the Metabolic disease Hospital of Tianjin Medical University,and 75 normal healthy-men as counterpart.Both groups were tested with DSQ and State Anxiety Inventory-Formy (S-AI,Formy) for the concern of reliability,validity and item analysis.These data were analyzed by SPSS.Results The objectives of the research are fully achieved.The scores of DSQ were significant in accordance with SAI-Formy.The reliability of DSQ revealed by Alpha of items of DSQ was 0.9040,and after being adjusted by Spearman Brown the result was:0.8023. Conclusions The DSQ can be fully applied to 2DM patients,but some items need to be revised,such as “expectation”,“complaint”. ......
