高血压患者头痛与血压控制的关系

     摘要：目的：探讨高血压病人头痛与血压控制的关系。方法：对341例原发性高血压病人进行头痛状况问卷调查。将头痛分型为：偏头痛、紧张型头痛、偏头痛伴紧张型头痛及其他类型头痛。对经联合降压治疗(蒙诺10 mg及吲达帕胺2.5 mg)4周后的临床效果进行分析。结果：高血压伴头痛高达30.5%，其中偏头痛64例(61.5%)，紧张型头痛58例(55.8%)，偏头痛伴紧张型头痛21例(20.2%)，其他类型头痛24例(23.1%)。女性以偏头痛最多，男性以紧张型头痛为多。应用降压药物治疗能明显减低头痛的强度和头痛持续的时间。结论：高血压头痛可能与血压控制不理想及头痛产生的机制复杂有关。

    The relation of the headache with bloodpressure control in patients with hypertension

    Abstract: Objective: To study the relation of headache with blood pressure control in patients with hypertension. Methods： Three hundred and fourteen patients with hypertension were surveyed. The headache was classified migraine, tensiontype headache, migraine and tensionmixed headache and others. The patients were treated with the same regimen. After 4 weeks, data of patients were analyzed. Results： The hypertension with headache accounted of 30.5%. Among them,migraine 64 patients (61.5%), tensiontype headache 58 patients (55.8%) migraine and tensionmixed headache 21 patients (20.2%) Others 24 patients (23.1%) The women with migraine were more than that in men and the men with tensiontype headache more than that in women. The medicines for hypertension could cut down the strength and time with headache. Conclusion： It is possible that the relation of the headache with improper control of blood pressure. The headache with hypertension has complex mechanism. ......
