     【摘要】目的本文对11年来神经症患者的MMPI测验结果进行元分析。方法查阅中国期刊数据网，对选取的62篇文章中33项数据的效应值进行方差分析与聚类分析。结果六种神经症的平均效应量都处于中高水平；聚类分析的结果显示，13个因子可以明显地聚为四类；不同神经症在聚类后的MMPI四类因子上差异显著。结论不同神经症在人格上存在差异。

    【Abstract】Objective A metaanalysis of accumulation of 11 years results of patients with neurosis on MMPI factors.Methods The China Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were reviewed,ANOVA and cluster analysis were conducted with effectsizes of 33 items data selected.Result The effectsizes of different neurosis on MMPI factors were on a higher level;13 factors of MMPI can assort for 4 groups by cluster analysis;The different diseases were significantly different according to the cluster of MMPI factors.Conclusion There were different on MMPI factors of different neurosis. ......
