胆囊切除术后胆漏17例教训分析 PDF

    [摘要] 目的 探讨胆漏的原因、诊治及预防。方法 回顾性分析17例胆漏患者的临床资料。结果 胆漏多发生于胆囊切除术，原因主要有人为因素及客观原因。各种原因的胆漏应采取不同方法及早处理。结论 预防损伤是关键，提高医生对胆漏的警惕性，术中解剖清楚是预防胆漏的关键。
