[摘要] [目的] 建立对降糖灵胶囊成分进行定性鉴别的方法. [方法] 采用薄层色谱法对降糖灵胶囊中的五味子、延胡索及黄连进行定性鉴别. [结果] 薄层色谱法的斑点清晰，阴性对照无干扰. [结论] 薄层色谱法可用于降糖灵胶囊的质量控制，且方法简单可靠.
