【摘要】 目的 建立高效液相法测定山楂中槲皮素含量的方法。 方法 液相条件:Shim-Pack VP-ODS柱，流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(52︰48)，检测波长为373nm。结果 槲皮素的回归方程为Y=2855.4X-10974(r=0.9999，n=5)，线性范围为0.0189～0.0566μg；平均回收率为96.44%，RSD为1.51%。结论 此法简便、结果可靠，为山楂药材的质量控制提供快速准确的测定方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To develop a method for determining the content of quercetin in crataegus sanguineaby HPLC. Methods Using Shim-Pack VP-ODS C18column with methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution(52︰48)as mobile phase,detection wavelength at 373nm. Results The regression equation and coefficient were Y=2855.4X-10974(r=0.9999,n=5) for quercetin. Thelinear range was 0.0189～0.0566μg.
