[摘要] [目的] 了解IL-1β基因511C/T多态性在韩国大学生人群中的分布及与其他种族间的差异. [方法] 采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术分析300名韩国健康大学生的IL-1β基因启动子区511C/T的多态性，计算基因型和等位基因频率，并与其他种族人群进行比较. [结果] 韩国大学生人群中基因型频率为C/C型者占28.0%，C/T型者占49.0%，T/T型者占23.0%，C等位基因频率为52.5%，T等位基因频率为47.5%，基因型分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡. [结论] IL-1β基因511C/T多态性分布存在明显的种族和地域间差异.
