液相色谱法测定猪和牛脂肪中孕酮残留量(pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 建立脂肪中醋酸美仑孕酮、醋酸甲地孕酮和醋酸氯地孕酮残留量的测定方法。方法 色谱柱：Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm，5μm)；流动相：乙腈-水(65:35)；流速：1.0ml/min；柱温：35℃；检测波长：292nm；进样量：40μl。结果 样品的室内加标平均回收率为86.7%～ 91.8%，室内相对标准偏差为4.5%～6.0%，室间加标平均回收率为81.4%～95.0%，室间相对标准偏差3.7%～7.1%，定量测定低限(LOQ)为10μg/kg。结论 本方法简便，准确，可用于脂肪中醋酸美仑孕酮、醋酸甲地孕酮和醋酸氯地孕酮残留含量的测定。

    Determination of progestones in fat of beef and pork by HPLC

    【Abstract】 Objective To establish the determination method of melengestrol acetate, chlormadinone acetate and megestrol acetate in fat of beef and pork.Methods Chromatographic separation was carried out on a C18column(250mm×4.6mm，5μm)and acetonitrile-water (65:35) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min; the column temperature was 35℃; the detection wavelength was 292nm; the injection volume was 40μl.Results The intra-laboratory average recoveries ranged from 86.7%～91.8% and RSD of 4.5%～6.0%. The inter-laboratory average recoveries added to standard ranged from 81.4%～95.0% and RSD of 3.7%～7.1%. The lowest limit of quantitation (LOQ) is 10μg/kg.Conclusion The method is simple and sensitive. It is suitable for the determination of melengestrol acetate, chlormadinone acetate and megestrol acetate in fat of beef and pork. ......
