[摘要] 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT薄层扫描及MPR重建对周围型小肺癌的征象显示率及诊断价值。方法 12例周围型小肺癌均进行了多层螺旋CT常规扫描后对病灶区域加薄层扫描，8例行动态增强扫描。结果 薄层扫描对周围型小肺癌的征象显示率明显高于常规扫描，具体是空泡征(4/2)、小结节堆砌征(5/3)、支气管充气征(3/1)、分叶征(7/4)、毛刺征(9/5)、胸膜凹陷征(4/2)。结论 多层螺旋CT薄层扫描及MPR重建对周围型小肺癌的诊断及鉴别诊断具有较高的临床应用价值。[关键词] 小肺癌；周围型；薄层扫描；体层摄影术，螺旋计算机
