[摘要] [目的] 筛选高山红景天的最佳提取工艺及精制方法. [方法] 使用正交分析法筛选高山红景天的最佳提取方法，并采用醇沉法、大孔吸附树脂法和ZTC1+1吸附澄清法分别对高山红景天进行精制，选择最佳精制方法. [结果] 10倍量700mL/L乙醇，回流提取2次，每次1h为高山红景天的最佳提取工艺，ZTC1+1吸附法为高山红景天的最佳精制方法. [结论] 所确定的提取工艺及精制方法具有稳 定，安全，高效，且不破坏有效成分及成本低廉等特点.
