[摘要] 目的 总结膝关节骨关节炎(knee joints osteoarithritis)的CT表现，为临床提供更加可靠的资料。方法 随机抽取一段时间内有症状的患者367例的薄层CT扫描片，加以分类研究。结果 膝关节骨关节炎的影像表现主要为骨质增生、半月板疾患以及关节软组织病变几大类型，它们的形成原因亦各不相同。结论 对于膝关节骨关节炎，行CT薄层扫描相当必要，有利于分清疾病的主要原因，便于指导临床治疗。[关键词] 膝关节；骨关节炎；半月板

[Abstract] Objective To probe into the CT imaging of knee joints osteoarthritis,to provide detail data for clinic.Methods We carried out an investigation in 367 cases random samples.Results The CT imaging of knee joints osteoarthritis are hyperplasia,meniscuss pathological changes and joints pathological changes mostly.Conclusion Its very necessary that CT scanning knees for patient,who suffered from knee joints osteoarthritis,in order to guide clinic treatment.
