     [摘要] 本文提出了基于可视化工具包Visualization Toolkit(VTK)结合VC++实现鼻咽部CT图像三维可视化的方法。利用不同颜色在CT图像中分割出感兴趣的区域(ROI)，再分别采用Contour Connecting算法和Ray-casting算法三维重建出鼻咽部模型。体绘制中用不同的颜色将重建出的鼻咽部与周围其他组织区分开来，在将来的鼻咽癌临床治疗中，便于医生判别肿瘤的大小、位置。在微机上实现两种算法，效果良好。

    [Abstract] A method of nasopharyngeal region 3D reconstruction based on visualization toolkit (VTK) is given in this article.At first,we use different colors to cut the regions of interested in CT image.Then the 3D model of nasopharyngeal region is reconstructed by the contour arithmetic and the ray-casting arithmetic.In the volume reconstruction,we use different colors to distinguish the nasopharyngeal region with other tissue near it.Its very useful for doctors to discern the tumors size and position in the nasopharyngeal cancer clinic therapy in future.It performed well in microcomputer. ......
