【摘要】 目的 探讨左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的外科处理方法。方法 分析1991～2005年34例左半结肠并发急性肠梗阻的临床资料。结果 34例病人行Ⅰ期吻合术，无死亡病例，发生吻合口漏1例，占2.9%(1/34)。结论 左半结肠癌并发急性梗阻Ⅰ期吻合可提高肿瘤切除率，掌握适应证，术中肠道减压、灌洗是安全可行的，是治疗左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的理想术式。

    【Abstract】 Objective Probing surgical managment of left hemicolonic carcinoma,with acute obstruction.Methods Data 34 cases of left hemicolonic carcinoma with acute obstruction between 1991 and Jun 2005,and related problems were discussed.Results 34 patients received primary single-stage resection and anastomosis,one patients (3.3%) was complicated with anastomotic leakage,there was no operative mortality.Conclusion Single-stage resection and anastomosis of left colon carcinoma is method to increase resection of tumor,master adaptability enteral decompressed and enteralclysis,is peasible aperative,is appropriate choice of the operation for left hemicolon carcinoma. ......
