【摘要】 目的 探讨卡托普利联用低分子右旋糖酐治疗肺心病的疗效。方法 观察在综合治疗的基础上，应用卡托普利联用低分子右旋糖酐治疗38例肺心病急性期患者，对患者血气(PaO2 、 PaCO2)、血液粘稠度、心电图、彩色Doppler、胸部X线等项指标进行观测。结果 38例肺心病急性期病人症状、体征、心功能明显改善，血液粘稠度下降，心律失常减轻，右心室缩小。结论 联用低分子右旋糖酐(低右)和卡托普利治疗肺心病急性发作病例，有明显临床价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of catopril and low molecular dextran on the patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods All the 38 patients at acute attack stage were treated with routine therapies. Whereas,they were additionally treated with catopril and low molecular dextran. Arterial blood PaO2 ,PaCO2, venous blood hemoglobin(Hb),haematocrit(HCT) and so on were analyzed in all cases before and after treatment. Results The targets tested in the patients after and before treatment were significantly diferent(P<0.05).Conclusion Catopril and low molecular dextran,besides routine therapies not only improve the patients symptoms of pulmonary heart disease in acute exacerbation phase but also improve the values of arterial blood gas analysis and the function of lung. ......
