【摘要】 目的 探讨氧气驱动雾化吸入普米克令舒、博利康尼联合治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法 将110例儿童哮喘急性发作患儿随机分为对照组50例和治疗组60例。对照组静滴地塞米松、氨茶碱，治疗组氧气驱动雾化吸入普米克令舒、博利康尼，观察比较两组的疗效和副作用。结果 对照组：显效26例，有效14例，无效10例；治疗组：显效35例，有效23例，无效2例；治疗组与对照组疗效相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)且未发现明显副作用。结论 应用氧气驱动雾化吸入普米克令舒、博利康尼替代静滴地塞米松、氨茶碱实为目前治疗儿童哮喘急性发作最为安全有效且经济实用的方法。

    Effect of Treating Children Afflicted with Asthma by Using Pulmicort Respulses and Bricanyl

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of treating children afflicted with asthma by using Pulmicort Respulses and Bricanyl.Methods Divided randomly 110 children afflicted with acute asthma into contrast group of 50 cases and treatment group of 60 cases.Contrast group received dexamethasone and aminophylline by I.V.while treatment group received Pulmicort Respulses and Bricanyl.Observe and compared the effect and side effect of the two groups.Results Contrast group: 26 cases with noticeable effect,14 with effect,10 with no effect; Treatment group: 35 cases with noticeable effect,23 with effect,2 with no effect: There was a sharp contract between the two groups in terms of effect through comparison (P<0.01) and no noticeable side effect was found.Conclusions At present,it is not only safe and effective but also economical and practical to treat children afflicted with acute asthma by Pulmicort Respulses and Bricanyl instead of dexamethasone and aminophylline by I.V. ......
