【摘要】 目的 研究缬沙坦对高血压左室肥厚患者左室肥厚逆转及降压作用。方法 采用缬沙坦与咪哒普利两组治疗，从两组高血压左室肥厚患者左室肥厚的左室重量指数(LVMI)和左室相对重量(RWT)两个方面观察来判断高血压左室肥厚的逆转情况。结果 缬沙坦组LVMI由129±24g/m2，结果降为110±21g/m2(P<0.05),咪哒普利组LVMI由128±23g/m2下降为112±20g/m2(P<0.05)，两组LVMI下降值比较无差异(P>0.05)。缬沙坦组RWT 0.43±0.14下降为0.32±0.10(P<0.05)，咪哒普利组RWT由0.44±0.13下降为0.34±0.12(P<0.05)，两组RWT下降比较无差异(P>0.05)，RWT下降与LVMI下降比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论 本研究发现缬沙坦治疗高血压病在降低血压的同时，使左室肥厚发生逆转，能明显减少RWT，说明逆转向心性肥厚较好，更益于患者。

    Regression of valsartan on left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and blood pressure reducing in patient with essential hypertension(EH)

    【Abstract】 Objective To study regression of valsartan on left ventricular function in the patients of EH with LVH.Methods All patients were divided into two groups treated with valsartan or imidapril, LVH were measured before and after drugs by examination of Dopper echocardiograpy.Results In the valsartan group ,LVMI have decreased from 129±24g/m2 to 110±21g/m2,rwt decreased from 0.43±0.14 to 0.32±0.10(P<0.05). while imidapril group, LVMI have decreased from 128±23g/m2 to112±20g/m2,rwt decreased from 0.44± 0.13 to 0.34± 0.12(P<0.05) .No difference between two groups (P>0.05).Conculsion It was suggested that valsartan could played a major role of regression of LVH. ......
