更昔洛韦治疗小儿腺病毒肺炎临床观察

[摘要] 目的 探讨更昔洛韦治疗小儿腺病毒肺炎的疗效及安全性。方法 用更昔洛韦治疗52例小儿腺病毒肺炎，并以43例患儿作为对照给予病毒唑治疗。结果 治疗组治愈率达90.2%，总有效率100%；对照组治愈率63.2%，总有效率85.32%，两组治愈率与总有效率比较，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)；治疗组咳嗽、喘息、肺部啰音以及热退时间均明显短于病毒唑对照组，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。治疗组未发现明显毒副作用。结论 更昔洛韦用于治疗小儿腺病毒肺炎疗效显著，优于病毒唑，值得临床推广运用。[关键词] 更昔洛韦；病毒唑；腺病毒肺炎
Efficacy of ganciclovir therapy for patients with children adenovirus pneumonia

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ganciclovia therapy for children adenovirus pneumonia.Methods 95 patients with children adenovirus pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,therapy group with 52 cases and control group with 43 cases,patients in therapy group were administered with ganciclovir,ribavirin in control group.Results In therapy groups,effective rates were 100% and 85.32% respectively,cure rates were 90.2% and 63.2% respectively.There was a significant difference between two groups.No side effect was observed in therapy group. ......
