[摘要]目的 观察改良法深低温保存的同种带瓣主动脉临床使用的长期效果并对该保存方法进行评价。方法 30例法洛四联症病人分为两组，A组病人肺动脉功能发育良好，B组病人肺动脉发育不良。使用1989～1997年采用改良两步法深低温保存的同种活性带瓣主动脉标本(平均保存时间289 d)，行右室流出道重建术，临床使用6～12年后，应用心脏超声观察其反流、狭窄和钙化的情况。结果 A组15例病人中肺动脉反流1例，肺动脉狭窄1例;B组15例病人中肺动脉反流3例，肺动脉狭窄1例，三尖瓣反流1例。30例病人超声检查显示同种血管及瓣膜均无钙化，活动良好。结论 改良两步法保存的带瓣主动脉临床应用具有良好的远期效果。
