病理性瘢痕组织中c-fos和5-HT表达及与其增生和痛痒的关系

[摘要]目的 通过对病理性瘢痕组织中c-fos和5-HT表达变化的研究,探讨其与病理性瘢痕痛痒和增生的关系。方法 利用免疫组化方法检测病理性瘢痕和正常皮肤中c-fos和5-HT的表达情况。结果 痛痒的病理性瘢痕组织中c-fos、5-HT的表达显著高于正常皮肤组织和非痛痒的瘢痕组织( F=19.86、17.61,q=5.43~8.84, P < 0.01);非痛痒的瘢痕组织中c-fos的表达显著高于正常皮肤( q=3.41,P <0.01),而5-HT表达无明显差异( P > 0.05 )。结论 c-fos、5-HT表达增高可能导致病理性瘢痕临床痛痒症状的发生,c-fos表达增高可能与病理性瘢痕的形成、发展有关。[关键词] 瘢痕;原癌基因蛋白质c-fos;血清素;疼痛;瘙痒症;增生

[ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo study the expression of two mediums, i.e. c-fos and 5-HT, in abnormal scars and their rela-tionship with hyperplasia, itch and pain.
