电刺激大鼠腹侧被盖区建立精神分裂症动物模型

     [摘要]目的 建立精神分裂症的动物模型,探讨腹侧被盖区(VTA)在精神分裂症发病中的作用。方法 电刺激大鼠VTA,并给予不同剂量的多巴胺受体拮抗剂氟哌啶醇(HAL)和SCH23390及促多巴胺释放剂苯丙胺,观察它们对大鼠精神分裂症模型的影响。结果 刺激VTA可引发大鼠的异常行为,HAL可提高VTA刺激阈值,降低其行为评分;SCH23390可提高大鼠VTA刺激阈值;苯丙胺可降低大鼠VTA刺激阈值,差异均有显著意义( t= 3.81~7.50,u=3.0~10.5,P <0.05、0.01)。结论 该模型可以用来研究精神分裂症的病因及机制。

    [ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo study the role of ventral tegmental area (VTA)in etiology of schizophrenia in animal models. MethodsA schizophrenia animal models was establish by electrical stimulation of the VTA in rats and the effect of dopamine re-ceptor antagonists haloperidol (HAL) and SCH23390,as well as psychostimulant amphetamine on the model were observed. Re-sultsAbnormal behavior could be induced by electrical stimulation of VTA, HAL could raise the stimulation threshold of VTA and reduce the behaviour scores; SCH23390 elevated VTA stimulation threshold while amphetamine reduced the threshold ......
