     摘要：目的改进20(S)9硝基喜树碱(9NC)的合成与纯化工艺。方法以喜树碱(CPT)为原料，经硝化、柱色谱分离提纯制备目标产物9NC。结果采用新工艺后，9NC总收率达到35%。结论新工艺操作简单，缩短了制备周期，值得推广使用。

    ABSTRACT:Objective To improve the synthetic process of 20(S)9nitrocamptothecin(9NC).
