【摘要】 突发公共卫生事件具有突然性、紧迫性和广泛性等特点，其预警机制则遵循了主动性等五大原则。在高校建立突发公共卫生事件的预警机制，就应该建立统一的应急机构，进行有效的宣传教育，建立完善的公共卫生档案，同时发挥学生的能动作用。

    【Abstract】 Sudden public health incident is of suddeness，urgency and breadth features.Its early warning mechanism follows the initiative and other four principles.To establish early warning mecha-nisms for public health emergency at colleges and universities，we should establish a unified emergency responsing to effective propaganda and educate，and we should also inspire students to play a dynamic role，forming a public health files.
