腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊颈管结石并胆囊炎的体会 (pdf)

    [摘要] 目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)治疗胆囊颈管结石并胆囊炎的临床疗效和手术方法。方法 对86例胆囊颈管结石并胆囊炎行LC的临床疗效和手术方法进行回顾性分析。结果 对86例胆囊颈管结石并胆囊炎成功施行LC 86例,成功率100%,取得了良好的临床效果。结论 胆囊颈管结石并胆囊炎施行LC时只要处理恰当是安全可行的。

    Experience of treating calculus in neck and duct of gallbladder and cholecystitis in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effects and operative methods of treating calculus in neck and duct of gallbladder and cholecystitis in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods 86 cases of calculus in neck and duct of gallbladder and cholecystitis were operated under laparoscopy,whose clinical effects and operative methods were analyzed retrospectively.Results 86 cases were operated under the laparoscopic successfully.The rate of success is 100%,and the clinical effects were satisfactory.Conclusion It is feasible for calculus in neck and duct of gallbladder and cholecystitis to be treated skillfully with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. ......
