姜黄素对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎的影响

摘要: 目的 探讨姜黄素(Cur)对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的保护作用及其机制。方法 采用三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)灌肠制备大鼠UC模型,将动物随机分为正常对照组、TNBS模型组、5氨基水杨酸组、Cur组4组。观察各组大鼠肠组织大体形态和组织学改变,分别测定血清和肠组织中IL1β、IL6和IL4浓度。结果 UC大鼠血清和肠组织中 IL1β、IL6浓度显著高于正常对照组,IL4浓度显著低于正常对照组( P < 0. 01)。Gur组UC大鼠IL1β、IL6浓度明显减少,IL4浓度明显升高( P < 0. 01),结肠组织大体形态和组织学评分明显好转。结论 Cur可能通过抗炎作用使促炎性细胞因子IL1β和IL6浓度减少,抗炎性细胞因子IL4浓度增加,对溃疡性结肠炎起保护作用。关键词:溃疡性结肠炎;姜黄素; 白细胞介素1β;白细胞介素6;白细胞介素4
The Protective Effect of Curcum in TNBSinduced Ulcerative Colitis in Rats

ABSTRACT:Objective To observe the effects of Curcumin (Cur) in TNBSinduced ulcerative colitis in rats and its mechanisms. Methods Rat ulcerative colitis model was induced by trinitrobenzene-sulfacid (TNBS). The rats randomly divided into 4 groups: normal group, model group, 5ASA group and Cur group. The levels of IL1β、LI6 and IL4 in the serum and colon tissue were determined. The macroscopical and hisological changes of the colon were also evaluated. Results It showed that the levels of IL1βand IL6 in the serum and colon tissue in the model group were significant increased while the levels of IL4 were significant decreased than the normal group. Treatment with Cur evidently reduced the levels of IL1βand IL6 and significantly increased IL4 level(P<0. 01).The macroscopic and histological damages were significantly decreased.
