[摘要] 总结31例急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者的急救与护理，体会到早期彻底洗胃，尽快阿托品化，根据病情随时调整阿托品的用量，同时恢复胆碱酯酶活力，呼吸功能支持，气道管理，是抢救成功的关键。中西医结合促进消化道功能恢复效果良好。

    [Abstract] After summarizing the first aid and nursing of 31 cases of serious pesticide Poisoning patients,it is realized that the keys to successful saving of the patients are early complete stomach pumping,sooner atropinization,adjusting the dosage of atropine at any moment,renewing the energy of D.CHE,breathing function support and proper aspiratory managment.The integration of Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine can promote the function renewing Of the alimentary canal.
