机械通气在ICU呼吸衰竭患者中的临床应用

     【摘要】目的:探讨机械通气在呼吸衰竭患者中的临床应用。方法: 对54例患者最终致呼吸衰竭后给予机械通气，与43例未予机械通气的患者的血氧分压、二氧化碳分压及死亡率对照。结果: 患者经机械通气治疗后的动脉血氧分压明显升高(P<001)，二氧化碳分压的下降无显著性差异(P>005)；机械通气患者的死亡率明显下降(P<001)。结论: 在临床上，呼吸衰竭的治疗阶段，机械通气可以延长患者生存时间，减少患者的死亡率。

    Clinical Application of the Mechanical Ventilation on Patient with ICU Respiring Failure

    【ABSTRACT】 Objective:To investigate clinical application of the mechanical ventilation on patient with ICU respiring failure. Methods: 54 sufferers with the end respiratory failure were treated with mechanical ventilation,while 43 sufferers without mechanical ventilation treatment were analyzed bloodoxygen dividing pressure and the carbon dioxide dividing pressure.Then the death rates between the two groups were compared. Results:For the sufferers treated with mechanical ventilation,their artery bloodoxygen dividing pressure was increased evidently (P<001),but there was no evident difference in carbon dioxide lowering ( P>005).The death rate for the patients treated with mechanical ventilation was lowered obviously.Conclusion:In clinical,during treatment stage of respiratory failure,mechanical ventilation can prolong the patients life time,and reduce their death rate. ......
