摘要:目的 了解致精子死亡的原因及死精症患者的致病菌分布及药敏情况，为死精症患者的治疗提供科学指导。 方法 采用细菌分离培养、药敏纸片抑菌实验进行精液细菌学分析与药敏试验。用细菌培养液做抑制精子动力实验，及应用凝胶分子筛层析技术分离抑制精子活性的大分子物质。 结果 100例死精症患者精液标本中分离出12种细菌83株，其中G + 菌6株，占7.2%;G - 菌77株占92.8%，以大肠杆菌、嗜水气单胞菌、催产克雷伯氏菌为主要优势菌;对所选6种抗菌素纸片的药敏试验，以环丙沙星、丁胺卡那霉素抑菌非常显著，头孢三嗪和泰能也有较好的抑菌抑菌作用;凝胶分子筛层析分离结果表明，抑制精子的活性物质为细菌分泌的蛋白质。 结论 对死精症的诊治过程中，细菌分离培养非常必要，合理应用抗菌素，以有效的治疗死精症。

    Abstract:Objective To understand the distribution of bacteria and the drug-resistant status of bacteria in the sperm of necrospermia patients so as to provide scientific basis for diagnosis and treatment of the patients. Methods The bacteria were iso-lated，cultured and tested for sensitivity to drugs.The test of inhibiting the motility of spermwas carried out using bacteria culture and the macromolecule that inhibiting the activity of the sperm was screened by gel chromatography.Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was also applied to determine the purity and molecular weights.
