6姜酚对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的保护作用

     摘要:目的 探讨6姜酚对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的保护作用。方法 用线拴法建立大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)模型。大鼠随机分为假手术组。缺血组,6姜酚小剂量组(2mg/kg),6姜酚大剂量组(4mg/kg),尼莫地平组,缺血前30min舌下静脉给药,持续性缺血6h后处死动物,测定大鼠局灶性脑缺血神经系统症状,脑梗死体积,脑组织MDA和SOD含量的表达。结果 6姜酚治疗组与假手术组相比神经系统症状减轻,脑梗死体积缩小,脑组织MDA含量减少,SOD活性增加。结论 6姜酚对大鼠局灶性脑缺血具有防治作用,其作用机制可能与抑制脑组织脂质过氧化有关。

    The Protective Effects of 6gingerol on Focal Cerebral Ischemic Injury in Rats

    ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the protective effects of 6gingerol on focal cerebral ischemic injury in rats. Methods The ischemic model was created by right middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) and rats were randomly divided into five groups. The 6gingeroltreated groups were treated with 6gingerol 30min before MCAO. The neurological deficits and the sizes of cerebral infarction were measured. The contents of MDA and SOD in brains were also tested. Results The neurological deficits and the sizes of cerebral infarction decreased in 6gingeroltreated groups. The contents of MDA in braintissues were lower but the activities of SOD in it were higher than that of the ischemic group .Conclusion 6gingerol may have the protect effects on focal cerebral ischemic injury through inhibiting the lipid peroxidation.KEY WORDS:6gingerol;MCAO; MDA; SOD ......
